Izmiksati bjelanjke i žutanjke Bjelanjcima dodajte prstohvat soli i miksajte ih 2-3 minute dok ne dobijete čvrsti snijeg. Kada okrenete zdjelu naopako snijeg nesmije ispasti van. Snijeg od bjelanjaka ostavite sastrane pa pjenasto izmiksajte žutanjke sa šećerom. Žutanjke i šećer također miksajte 2-3 minute dok ne dobijete gustu i svijetlu smjesu. Zatim dodajte toplu (mlaku) vodu i ulje pa sve još jednom kratko izmiksajte. Dodati suhe sastojke brašno i prašak za pecivo U zdjelu sa izmiksanim žutanjcima dodajte mješavinu glatkog brašna i praška za pecivo pa kuhačom lagano miješajte smjesu dok ne uklonite sve grudice. Umiješati snijeg od bjelanjaka Malo po malo dodajte čvrsto tučeni snijeg od bjelanjaka i ponovno pažljivo miješajte smjesu kuhačom dok se svi sastojci ne sjedine.
